About Yumas Group

Yumas DMS is the enterprise distribution management platform for finished-goods distributors across Pakistan. We help factories and depots run multi-warehouse inventory, field sales, invoicing, and cash recovery in one system.

Built for FMCG, wholesale, and manufacturing distributors — with no production workflows. Strictly finished goods distribution from factory to shelf.

Privacy Policy

We collect account, operational, and location data only to run distribution workflows you authorize (orders, visits, attendance, inventory, and recoveries). Data is scoped by warehouse role and is not sold to third parties.

Access is role-based. Factory and system administrators control branding, email delivery, and user access. Contact support if you need a data export or account review.

Terms of Service

By signing in to Yumas DMS you agree to use the portal only for authorized business operations of your organization. Credentials must not be shared. Misuse, cross-warehouse tampering, or unauthorized access may result in account suspension.

The platform is provided for finished-goods distribution management. Availability, backups, and support follow your commercial agreement with Yumas Group.

Security

Yumas DMS uses authenticated sessions, role-based permissions, warehouse scoping, and audit logging for sensitive actions. Outbound email credentials (when configured by Super Admin) are stored encrypted.

Use strong passwords, sign out on shared devices, and report suspicious activity to your administrator immediately.
